OUTREACH LOCAL

• BLANKET MINISTRY    
The second Thursday of every month in 975 South ladies gather to make beautiful blankets. These blankets are then distributed in our community, and all over the world.  This is a great way to get connected with others in our LOCC family, while meeting practical needs of others.

• LOC “ACTION” DAYS  
ACTION exists to mobilize the Christian community to live out their faith through compassionate acts of service. We partner with ACTION to serve our community alongside other churches.  There are many projects that take place, and lots of volunteers are needed!

 

 • OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Samaritan’s Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ. The organization serves the church worldwide to promote the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

 

 • STAND TO REASON
Stand to Reason trains Christians to think more clearly about their faith and to make an even-handed, incisive, yet gracious defense for classical Christianity and classical Christian values in the public square.

 

 • CONEJO PREGNANCY CENTER
The Conejo Pregnancy Center’s (CPC) mission is to present options to women and their families during pregnancy by providing medical services that are free of charge or low cost, regardless of race, creed, color, gender, religion, national origin, age, financial condition, or marital status. The CPC is committed to promoting the social, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being of all clients.

 

 

 • HOPE4KIDS
The mission of RaisingHOPE, Inc. is to bring awareness, education and services to foster youth and families to support stable, emotionally healthy children and families. RaisingHOPE, Inc. is the organization that hosts the HOPE4Kids Festival & Run. The goal of this event is to bring the community together, to educate regarding the needs of foster youth and families and to provide opportunities for the community to meet those needs.
